Taiwanese multinational computer hardware and Electronics Company, Asus has launched its new ultra-high-end laptop, the laptop named as Republic of Gamers (ROG) GX800, in India. The price of the ROG GX800 is priced at Rs 7, 97,000. The GX800 will only available on the request of the user. Asus is targeted to those who want latest and greatest hardware technology and not matter cost.
The ROG GX800 is the upgraded of previous model GX700. Which is already raised the eyebrows around the world for its enormous size, ridiculous specifications, overlooking capabilities and the price tag of Rs 4, 12,990. While the company make the GX800 is similar in concept. The GX800is have more impressive specification sheet but the price is nearly doubled to Rs 7,97,000.

The company has made a mechanical keyboard with individually controllable RGB LEDs for every key and company says that keys are more comfortable for typing and gaming. The GX800 has 4 speakers and a mic array and an ESS Sabre DAC for headphones.
The laptop has 3 standard USB 3.0 port, HDMI and Mini-Display Port video outputs.
The GX800 has its Hydro Overclocking dock, which consists of pair of cooling radiators. According to Asus the CPU can reach 4.4GHz and while the RAM and GPUs also advantage from liquid cooling.
The laptop battery has 74 hour capacity but user will need to use two 330W power bricks, if user want to run the laptop and dock to their full effectiveness. The weight of laptop is 5.7 kg and the dock is 4.6 kg. User also get wheeled suitcase and a back pack to carry each units around.
