Pirates of the Caribbean 5 Trailer Explains Why Jack is a Wanted Man

Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Men Tells No Tales

The latest trailer of Pirates of the Caribbean 5, Dead Men Tell No Tales, has been released on Thursday – starring a CGI Johnny Depp as a young Jack Sparrow. This is the fifth sequel of Disney’s long-running Pirate film franchise which has arrived 14 years after its debut feature, The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003).

Depp will once again lead the film as Sparrow, while Javier Bardem, Orlando Bloom and Skins actress Kaya Scodelario will also star in the Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg-directed movie.

In the new trailer of Pirates of Caribbean, Dead Men tell No tales, which premiered at Ellen on March 2, Disney lovers got to learn that Salazar was once out to eliminate all the pirates, but everything changed when he met Young Jack. While chasing him through the Devil’s Triangle, Salazar and his crew were killed, but his rage gave him new life as a vengeful ghost, as he says in the trailer.

You will get to see the first glimpse of a computer-generated version of Jack Sparrow – still played by Depp – as a young man aboard Armando Salazar’s (Bardem) ship in what appears to be a brief flashback sequence. Now back as a vengeful spirit who commands a zombie-like army, Salazar is looking for Sparrow to extract his revenge.

In trailer, you will see Jack’s searching for the Black Pearl, Ghost sharks (yes, ghost sharks), and the return of Captain Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush).
