The German automobile manufacturing company has launched Mercedes GLC Celebration Edition SUV in India. The German company is celebrating the 70th anniversary of India’s Independence Day and also the successful run of the Mercedes GLC in the India. The Mercedes GLC Celebration Edition SUV prices are same, which starts from Rs50.86 lakh (ex-showroom price pan India) for the GLC 220d and Rs 51.25 lakh (ex-showroom price pan India) for the GLC 300.
The company said that the available cars are in limited numbers only. Here are some changes in the new Celebration Edition, which is different from the regular GLC.
The GLC Celebration Edition has Designo Hyacinth Red colour, on entry and exit the LED logo projectors that project the star symbol, ORVMs finished in Black, and on the grille, the car has high-sheened chrome accents, fog lamps housing, and the rear. There are tweaks inside the cabin. The Mercedes GLC Celebration gets a Garmin Map Pilot SD card navigation system and has a sports pedal setup.
The Mercedes GLC Celebration Edition continues to be powered by a 2143xx and has 4 cylinder diesel engine that churns out the maximum power of 170 horse power and maximum torque of 400 nm and 1991cc, has 4-cylinder petrol engine that churns out a maximum power of 245 HP and 370nm of torque.
