So it is believed that Lord Ram was born nine hundred thousand years ago (Treta Yuga), at a place which was located exactly under the central dome of Babri Masjid. The masjid was built during Mughal era under the rule of mughal emporer Babur in the 16th century which covered a space of 1,482.5 square yards.

The dispute started when the Babri Masjid was demolished on December 6, 1992, by Karsevaks which claimed the place as Ram Janmbhoomi and wanted to build a Ram-Mandir there!

Since then the dispute is going-on petition after petition was filed by the Nirmohi Akhara and Ram Lalla, the deity and also by the U.P. Sunni Central Waqf Board. And the dispute is going on!

And How does it all started?

And what happened next: An year next to this started the series of filing suits for the continuation of puja and keeping idols in the structure by the Nirmohi Akhara which was followed by the suit filed by The U.P. Sunni Central Wakf Board for declaration and possession!

The current state:

The Decision given by the Allahabad High Court was to divide the disputed area among the All India Sunni Waqf Board, the Nirmohi Akhara and Ram Lalla.

The Supreme Court has fixed February 8, 2018, as the date for the next hearing of the Issue!

While As a Normal citizen, Nobody has time to concentrate on this issue as everybody is facing their own set of issues in life and everyone wants this issue to be solved as soon as possible and there are places in India where Masjids and Mandirs are next to each other which are the proof of the Secular India!
