Rangeela and Win a Date with Hamilton films run around the same storyline. Meanwhile, the end of the films is a little changed. But on the whole, both movies are very much similar.
A Wednesday – A Common Man
The Hollywood movie ‘A Common Man’ was a remake of the Bollywood movie ‘Wednesday’. The films saw winning actors Ben Kingsley and Naseeruddin Shah playing the main role respectively. Both the movies were very much appreciated by the audience.

India’s one of the classic director Satyajit Ray whose contribution to Indian film industry was marvellous. Hollywood movie ‘Forty Shades of Blue’ was the remake of the movie ‘Charulata’.
Satyajit Ray’s The Alien – E.T. again
Hollywood movie E.T. is one of the best science fiction movies. The movie was inspired by Satyajit Rai’s movie ‘The Alien’.

Both the movies are not exactly same. But some of the scenes have been inspired by Shah Rukh Khan’s role.
Madhumati – The Reincarnation of Peter Proud
The movie Madhumati is a 1958 Indian classic which was directed by Bimal Roy. The Hollywood movie ‘The Reincarnation of Peter Proud has not exactly same as the Madhumati. But the 2 hold a lot of similarities.
Jab We Met – Leap Year
The Hollywood movie ‘Leap year’ was inspired by the Bollywood superhit movie ‘Jab We Met’. The story has similar where a girl goes on the journey to meet her boyfriend and end up falling in love with the other guy.
Broken Horses – Parinda
The Bollywood movie Parinda which was released in 1989. The Hollywood movie ‘Broken Horses’ was inspired by the movie Parinda. Interestingly, both the films were directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra.
